Contracting Stages

Typically, the period between signing the contract and the start of your home's construction ranges from 90 to 120 days.

The timeframe for the start of construction depends on the number of homes already scheduled in the community and the permit approval timelines.

After your home is released to our construction team, we will keep you informed about every stage of the project through the Buildertrend app, where you can view images and track the progress of the construction.

Every two weeks, you can track construction updates through your app.

Our commitment is to deliver your home in the shortest possible time while ensuring the highest quality. On average, the process takes 90 to 150 days, starting from the footer inspection to your New Home Orientation.

Once your home is completed and meets the quality standards expected by CNF BUILDER, you will be notified and receive your CNF BUILDER BOOK.

After signing the Affidavit of Completion, your home closing will be completed within 14 days

After closing, you will continue to have our support, including a 10-year structural warranty, a 2-year systems warranty, and a 1-year workmanship warranty.
